The Company:
My client a leading FPSO Operator are actively looking to recruit a Process Engineer

The Role:
The Process Engineer is responsible for the continuous improvement of the safe and efficient operation of the process facilities of the FPSO fleet in the UK sector of the North Sea.

Responsibilities will include:
o Acting as the Aberdeen technical focal point for all matters relating to production/process.
o Analysing daily reported production data, signal trends etc and producing loss control data sheets and trend information.
o Analysing loss control data with a view to determining root causes of trips, failures etc by liaising with other engineers and specialists, and proposing measures to avoid recurrence.
o Reporting to and advising the Operations Superintendent/Asset Manager on a regular basis on production loss control issues.
o Liaising with and providing guidance to the offshore Operations Supervisors, with the aim to maximise efficiency of overall production operations & individual process equipment availability thereby ensuring set targets are achieved or exceeded.

Requirements Essential
o UK Oil & Gas Medical Certificate
o Combined Survival / Fire-fighting / HUET
o Minimum Industry Safety Training (MIST)
o HND or BEng Process Engineering/Chemical Engineering
Requirements Desirable
o Demonstrable experience in an operational process
