The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
The purpose of this role is to own and develop all the procurement processes, policies and tools which are used by Procurement and the Business.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Corporate and Procurement Policies & Governance Procurement process development and management
• Business/Customer Relationship Management
• Strategy Development
• Planning & Project Management
• Category Management
• Tendering and supplier selection
• Contract Management
• Developing and Managing Supplier Relationships
• Data analysis & reporting Knowledge & use of e- procurement tools
• Knowledge & use of P2P tools and processes
• Communications Channels and Strategy
• Experience in a fast-changing Process development and re-engineering environment

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to mediate between the Business and Procurement regarding process and governance.
* Have worked in Automotive OEM (preferred)
