The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Process Facilitator

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
MS Excel knowledge to include strong ability with formulas/formatting/graphs/look-ups - Ability to communicate with stakeholders/customers - Process driven - Close attention to detail, precise and methodical
Large, complex excel databases/ spread sheets - Attention to detail, precise and methodical - Experience of working to deadlines - Of working to tightly defined process - Taking meeting minutes - Communicating with stakeholders
Strong A-levels (or EU equivalent), with numerical/ scientific bias

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Google apps (gmail, google docs etc) - Minute taking - Conscientious (motivated to self-check) - Failure mitigation - Numeracy (evidenced by background in any of accountancy, maths, science, economics, engineering and preferably data analysis) - Capability to develop skills and behaviours - Ability to suggest process improvements
