The Role:
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To deliver all APQP and associated documentation to enable the execution of a timely build to a pre determined Audit quality level of all projects, all models through to SOP.
All documentation should have traceability, in line with Company Policies and to a TS16949 standard.

•Respond to permits, AEKO changes (Manifest, VBS)
•Support module/build phase activities
•Support development and Confirm trim feasibility (Sewing and Cover fit)
•Support facilities definition and installation
•Operate within company financial processes
•Participation in generating Zone Layouts, responsible for defining new facilities within layouts
•Utilise business systems in line with product & project requirements
•Delivery & upkeep of KPI’s as and when requested and on time.
•Develop MNA (2) information ..

Responsibility for ensuring that local Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed in order to ensure own safety and the safety of others. (Applicable to Level 1-3)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum HNC standard ideally with a technical apprenticeship completed.
PC skills literate – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access
CAD knowledge would be an advantage

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Use of SPC, MSA, PFMEA, Feasibility analysis, IMDS, Process planning
Application of continuous improvement philosophies
PC skills
Use of recognised problem solving techniques
Knowledge of project related systems and processes

EXPERIENCE
Either Demonstrable experience working in the Manufacturing environment or proven track record in associated technical role.
Be capable of developing and updating documentation.
Understanding of production permits and Aeko information
Cross functional working
Working to and generating timing plans.
Support part/sub-assembly feasibility by working closely with Engineering, Metrology, Pre-Series Centre and Production functions
Accountable for preparing processes and facilities for the introduction of future products and current models into Seri
