The Company:
Our client, an international major oil and gas operator, seeks a Process Risk Engineer to join their team.

The Role:
• The Process Risk Engineer will be responsible for executing the HES Risk Management Plan for a major capital offshore oil & gas project in Front-End Engineering & Design (FEED).
• This position will be expected to spend a significant amount of time in the FEED contractor’s office and will be responsible for planning & coordinating required HES Studies in FEED, and ensuring study results are included in contractor’s FEED deliverables.
• Studies will be contracted to a qualified risk contractor and will include QRA, ERRA, HAZOPS, LOPA, Gas Dispersion, Flare Radiation, Dropped Object, and Ship Collision studies.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• B. S. in Engineering
• 10+ years oil & gas experience
• Process Risk engineering experience, familiar with Hazard and Risk assessment, including QRA, ERRA, HAZOPS, and LOPA;
• Previous Risk Engineering experience with an FPSO project;

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Supervisory experience preferred
