We have proven expertise in managing large, complex projects, a global reach and long-standing international presence, strong relationships with our clients and cutting-edge processes and technologies.

We are looking for people with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance on projects across the full life cycle from studies and FEED to EPC and help ensure that we continue to differentiate itself from its competitors by delivering quality projects to our clients’ requirements.

The purpose of this role is join our team of Fire and Process Safety engineers taking responsibility for Process Safety issues and deliverables on projects – at all stages of the design phase.

Requirements

• Responsible for all Process Safety issues and deliverables primarily during FEEDs and the Detailed Design Phase. Meeting Project deadlines and milestones for deliverables, Liaising with Project Management and Client.
• Writing Health and Safety plans and philosophies.
• Conducting Safety studies and risk assessments both qualitative and quantitative.
• Conducting Safety and Environmental reviews and audits.
• Participating in HAZOPs and HAZIDS, sometimes as Chairman.

Responsibilities

A successful career path in the energy sector, with proven relevant process safety experience gained through project execution within a petroleum company or major multi-national contractor.

Self motivated, proactive, excellent verbal and written communication skills and good organisational awareness.
The ability to lead, coordinate and motivate small teams, plan work and provide clear technical direction.
Demonstration of customer focus and ability to respond to customer needs whilst achieving project and corporate objectives.
Analytical and innovation skills to manage new or novel technology
Constantly seeking the opportunity for corporate and project improvement and developing solutions.
