The Company:
Our client, a major owner/operating company, seeks expertise for offshore mega-projects in Canada.

This opportunity is open to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents only. First consideration will be given to residents of Newfoundland & Labrador.

The Role:
As the Procurement Administrative Assistant, your job duties will included but not be limited to:

- Providing secretarial support to Procurement team
- Providing backup support to other Administrative Assitants
- Assisting Buyers and Procurement Associates with SAP activities
- Providing administrative activities on day-to-day basis for Procurement Manager
- Making travel and other events arrangements and verifying and processing related expenses and invoices
- Preparing monthly timesheets and system reports as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Office applications
- 3 years experience in an administrative role within an oil and gas procurement team
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in a team environment and/or independently
- Post secondary education in office administration is considered an asset
