The Role:
Previous experience in an Analytical role is critical
Strong organization skills a requirement (must be organized)
Able to work with all levels of personnel (Senior Management to Field Workers)
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong computer skills; fluent in the use of MS Outlook, Excel, Word & Powerpoint is required.
Fluent in English language both spoken and written

Reports to the Site Procurement & Materials Management Lead & serves on the P&MM LT.
Provides daily Analytical and Administrative Support to the Site P&MM Team
Analyzes data retrieved from various sources and organizes it into a format for presentation by P&MM Leadership (Powerpoint presentations primarily)
Coordinates data collection and consolidation for routine reporting.
Works with Site Administrative Group to: book conference rooms, maintain office supplies inventory, request building maintenance, assist with travel arrangements, coordinate visitor access, monitors IT requests & assists with issue resolution as required, coordinates special events for SCM & P&MM, collects signatures and delivers documents as required
Serves as a meeting recorder, taking meeting minutes during various meetings - solicits input from meeting attendees on the minutes prior to distributing the minutes and finally, distributes the minutes
Monitors training requirements for P&MM personnel and reminds them to complete training on time
Tracks and encourages P&MM employees to complete BBS observations and MSW engagement on time. Obtains reports from HES on BBS/MSW status weekly to facilitate this activity.
Produces P&MM process and procedure flowcharts and documents with input from various P&MM personnel or other stakeholders as required
Provides Administrative support to the P&MML OEILT; managing the award inventory and working with HES to order additional items
Provides ad-hoc support to the Site Administrative Group as necessary
Other duties as assigned
