The Company:
Our Oil & Gas client is in need of a Procurement Assistant for a long term contract opportunity in the Woodlands, TX.

The Role:
•Primarily responsible to assist and support Contracts and Procurement team in all administrative activities (see details below).
•Provided other administrative support to Business Services team
•Collect, collate, file and distribute executes, contracts, purchase orders, service orders and other related contractual documents.
•Administer the electronic Contracts Database (MS Access), including developing reports and other improvements where required.
•Maintain all Contracts and Procurement registers.
•Support internal and external meetings arrangement, including minutes of minutes
•Support contractual correspondence and appropriate approvals for contractual documentation
•Undertake low value, low risk purchasing as required.
•Support business services team in administrative tasks as required
•Other administrative tasks as directed.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Minimum of 5 years work experience, preferably at least 1 year in a procurement or contracts department.
•MS Access skills (Good to superior level)
•Organized, enthusiastic & ability to multi-task
•Advanced MS Office skills
•Good communication skills, both oral and written
•Strong team working skills
•Ability to work under pressure
