The Company:
Our clients is a global group of energy and petrochemical companies with an aim to meet the energy needs of society, in ways that are economically, socially and environmentally viable, now and in the future.

The Role:
A new opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Clerk to complete an 8 month contract with a leading oil and gas operator.

This is a part time role, 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Raise and change Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in SAP based on requests received.
• Liaise with CTPO and Buyers Group (SAP outline agreements).
• Produce monthly accrual reports for Retail Engineering projects.
• Process GR & SR based on advice from Retail Engineering Team.
• Review GRIR report and resolve outstanding issues.
• Comply and retain documentation as evidence of authorization required by SOx.
• Maintain SAL-Retail-Procurement inbox and folders.
• Complete journals received.
• Manage WorkFlow – invoice queries and rejections.
• Liase with vendors – overdue/outstanding invoices and remittance payments.
• Provide SAP procurement support for Engineering team and Retail Australia staff.
• Reporting and maintenance of open purchase orders

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:

• Must have SAP experience
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Procurement Clerk or in a related area
• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent
