The Role:
TASK DIMENSIONS
• To monitor the procurement of equipment and bulk materials for EPSCC1 Package
ACTIVITIES
• EPSCC1 procurement :
- Monitor the EPSCC1 CONTRACTOR activities related to the procurement of equipment and bulk Materials;
- Ensure that the procurement of equipment and materials matches the project objectives for Quality and standardization;
- Monitor the progress of the bid inquiries;
• Vendors Qualification:
- Coordinate with COMPANY technical headquarters for the validation of the VENDOR list and the definition of the new VENDORS to be qualified for PROJECT EPSCC1;
- Coordinate the qualification of the new VENDORS;
- Analyze and answer the bid shortlists and the award notifications issued by the EPSCC1 CONTRACTOR, in coordination with the Engineering team;
• Expediting:
- Monitor the status of the engineering deliverables prior to placement of purchase orders by EPSCC1 CONTRACTOR, and expediting of EPSCC1 CONTRACTOR to close the open comments by Engineering team;
- Monitor the progress of the equipment and material manufacturing activities;
• Reporting:
- Review the EPSCC1 Monthly Progress Reports for the Procurement Work Package, in view of the validation of the monthly progress of the EPSCC1 CONTRACTOR;
- Liaise with the Expediting Team when required (e.g. delivery by EPSCC1 CONTRACTOR of the expediting reports, VENDOR monthly reports, Inspection Release Certificates, equipment storage plans, etc.);
- Report the EPSCC1 Procurement activities (weekly reports, monthly reports).

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Technically competent with engineering and/or project management;
• 5 years experience in the oil & gas project industry;
• Fluent in English (oral and written);
• Good communication, coordination and planning skill;
• Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Total Referential.
