The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Our Client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Procurement Planning Advisor to join the Enterprise Contracts and Procurement Team. Reporting to the Team Manager, this position’s primary focus is to ensure the Contracts and Procurement Planning and Monitoring Activities are in compliance with Istandards and procedures.

Your key accountabilities will be, but not limited to;
• Ensuring data validity and integrity of the Procurement Planning Data and Systems, performing exception reports and verifying results with relevant Department focal points
• Constantly monitoring the consistency between the Procurement Plan and the Company's Projects
• Constantly monitoring the consistency between the Procurement Planning and Reporting data in the SAP System, running exception ad hoc reports and gap analysis
• First contact point for any specific issues concerning Planning and Monitoring Procurement Cycle
• Strategic Analysis on Procurement and Planning activity
• Contribute to Supply Lead and Non Supply Lead Projects Initiatives
• Maintain a positive customer service culture within the team to support the delivery of C&P activities throughout the company
• Conduct all activities in a safe and effective manner in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. Ensuring the welfare of personnel and protection of assets and the environment at all times

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
For this position you will require the following skills and experience;
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Contracts and Procurement of oilfield equipment and services
• Minimum 3 years experience in working for a major oil company in the Exploration & Production business area
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers at all levels
• Membership of Purchasing Professional Body highly desired
• Tertiary qualification in (law, economics, engineering) highly desired but not essential
