The Company:
Large international exploration and production company.

The Role:
This position will coordinate the corporate vehicle fleet for the Company, encompassing approximately 500 vehicles. Responsibilities will also include coordinating the fleet preventative maintenance program plus the review and reconcilement of monthly lease and maintenance invoices, including resolution of disputed invoices.


Responsibilities:
Administers established fleet procedures in coordination with fleet supplier and field fleet coordinators.
Assists the Global Procurement commercial team in annual negotiations with motor vehicle companies.
Develops annual fleet selector and ordering template and maintains fleet services website. Coordinates disposition of used vehicles.
Evaluates corporate fleet needs including sedans, vans, SUVs, and trucks. Coordinates up-fitting of fleet equipment.
Facilitates training of fleet coordinators and shares lessons learned.
Coordinates reports and analyzes specific information requested by operating groups. Works closely with operating groups to understand specific fleet vehicle needs.
Analyzes major repair and/or collision expense with book value and salvage value to determine repairing vs. replacing vehicle.
Evaluates historical sold vehicle statistics to determine preferred disposal including timing, months in service, mileage and sales method to optimize total life cycle cost of vehicle.
Interfaces with other organizations as appropriate. Provides data necessary for periodic Request for Proposal (RFP) for lease financing.
Notifies the Payroll Department for employee assignment of fleet vehicles.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications:

Degree Preferred, Major Discipline: Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or Finance.

Years Experience Required: 3 - 5

Travel Required (%): 5-10%
