The Company:
Our Client is an independent Australian oil and gas company playing a key role in supplying energy to our region.

They are one of the world’s leading producers of liquefied natural gas, helping meet the demands for cleaner energy from Japan, China, Korea and other countries in the Asia Pacific region.

The Role:
Reporting to the Materials Management Manager, responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Accountable for the implementation and adherence to the company Purchase to Pay process in the Pre-Production team
• Accountable for the transition from project Procurement services to Corporate Supply Chain procurement.
• Accountable for developing & reporting Procurement Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Accountable for the development and maintenance of the project movables asset list
• Accountable for the procurement of operating spares
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with Supply Chain Procurement standards and guidelines
• Responsible for coordination and delivery contracts readiness to support production
• Responsible for the procurement input into SAP architecture
• Responsible for delivery of production chemical re-supply process

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Detailed knowledge standards and governance within Supply Chain process. (Procurement, Inventory management, Warehouse and Distribution)
• Computer literacy in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Report preparation and presentation.
• Knowledge of SAP and its application across the Materials Management disciplines.
• Analytical skills and the ability to engage Continuous Improvement processes
• Knowledge of regulations and safety standards to be applied to Materials Management activities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence and earn credibility across all levels of the organisation including contractors.
