The Role:
Job Responsibilities

• Provide trouble shooting the issues of eProcurement system and related system raised by all users both internal Chevron and suppliers and contribute to build the valuable knowledge base of the trouble-shooting website, Feedback PAD support performance to improve the user experience
• Facilitate the system setup/rules breakdown along the C/P2P process with compliance in top of head
• Facilitate the catalog maintenance process using Ketera system including training suppliers to upload the catalog file, training SCM approver to approve the catalog file and ensuring the compliance catalog approval flow.
• Implement and coordinate the changes of process and system
• Provide training / Consultation of eProcurement system
• Supporting 3 different business environment across Asia Pacific
• Integrated processes and system (P2P - SCM (Buyer/Contract/Inventory), Finance and Maintenance)
• Integrated teams IT local support, PAD global support, SCM team (Buyers/Contract/Inventory), Finance, Users both Company and Suppliers
• Supplier & end users relationship for catalog building and usage

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications (Education, Work Experience, English and Computer Skills)

• At least 3-4 years of work experiences in similar area, with SCM background
• Strong analytical ability to quickly identify, track and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Able to understand and meet customer needs in an effective and efficient maners, Have a sense of urgency nad Able to meet the expectationa and priority of busines needs
• Able to identify the training needs, Able to turn the trouble into the continuous improvement by providing the effective training to customers and avoid recurring mistake, Able to generate/improve the training materials
• Must be self-starter, proactive and work with minimum supervision, Strong desire to learn new things
• Good command of English both written and oral, Able to express themselves clearly, Able to communicate with a diverse customer bases both internal across functions and PCs and external
