The Role:
Location: Pathumthani
Nationality: Thai

•Responsibility: Achieve QCD
Q: Understand quality requirements and give precise instructions to team members.
C: Understand profit structure and clearly identify target cost for each component.
Give instructions to team members and make requests to relevant departments
D: Develop and manage timeline to meet deadline (manage team members)
・Gathering accessories material and components updated information.
•Cooperating with marketing manager for the ASEAN accessories product portfolio
•Establishes clear objectives for accessories NPD which is required by marketing team. Accountable for achieving objectives.
•Keeps the marketing & procurement team informed about accessories product and components.
•Analyzing competitor product to find out the best product portfolio.
•Ensuring design and development of products to meet performance, cost, and time-to-market goals.
•Optimizes R&D efficiencies and capacities.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• 3 years+ Accessories industry experience, 7 years + solid development experience. Experience within building material industry is preferred
• Experience of working across countries in Southeast Asia region is preferred;
• Bachelor degree or above majored in marketing;
• Strong personal skills to establish/maintain excellent relationships with managers inside the company as well as many people outside the company.
• Project management skills to manage a large number of projects, complex projects at the same time…ability to deal with deadlines.
• Excellent communications skills are required…both orally for effectively presenting information and especially for writing.
• Good English language skill is required.
