The Role:
Product strategy and category management
• Work closely with country product managers to identify product gaps and build strong portfolio for fixture products.
• Able to recommend product position guideline, identify key FABs and completive advantage to fit country portfolio.
• Execute category as per company direction and strategy.
Product development
• Act as project manager to lead new product development with cross functional team as per agreed timeline; Work as team with NPD team, supplier, sourcing team with concrete generation plan of each product.
• Verify financial and understand the impact to business for each new product request.
• Coordinate with country product manager on approval process "Stage gate" for new products proposal.
• Minimize resources of new product development/combine the needs of each market and prioritize each NPD.
• Follow up the new product performance after launch to evaluate the actual result versus target.
Product launch
• Work closely with country and cross functional team to ensure successful process launches.
• Follow up the post-launch feedback and result if they meets business target. And be able to analyze and make recommendation when they do not.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above majored in marketing;
• Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience, 3 years in Sanitary ware business focus on ceramic products. Preferably to: Kohler, Cotto, Karat, Nahm;
• Experience of working across countries in Southeast Asia region is preferred;
• Possess a proven record of successful program development, implementation and marketing leadership, specifically in product management.
• Project management skills to manage a large number of large, complex projects…ability to deal with difficult deadlines.
• Ability to work to work strategically and operationally.
• Good English language skill is required to communicate well with people in APAC region
• Can work under pressure & deliver on Time
