The Company:
A luxury Automotive OEM based in the West Midlands. After continued growth & success there are a number of new exciting engineering projects underway and we currently have requirements for experienced engineering professionals.

The Role:
Lead and coordinate the product marketing activities for client carlines. The role will also pick up responsibility for a next generation product in due course. Provide the market and customer voice into the development of our future product strategy.


Lead all programme related marketing and commercial activities. In particular, to develop the commercial strategy and launch plans including:
•Product Positioning & Branding
•Creation and launch of a bespoke marketing and sales concept/experience
•Volume and Pricing strategy
•Options & Colour & Trim strategy/execution
•Pre-production vehicle requirement planning & fulfilment
•Customer Engagement and CRM Strategy
•Distribution plans (sales, service, parts)
•Media Strategy
•Digital Asset creation (Static/Dynamic Photography, Film, Technical CGI)
•Development of regional Marketing Plans with regional teams
•Web & Social Media Strategy
•Management & communication of TTM Panel Chart and Detailed TTM plans.
•TTM Budget and Forecasting
•Manage product marketing activities and ongoing product strategy development including:
•Liaison with engineering, design & finance.
•Support gateways and PST’s
•Input sales and marketing requirements to whole life plan
•Develop tactical product actions where required
•Ongoing strategy development
•Reporting (eg option take rates)
•Identify sales and marketing fleet requirements
•Define requirements for any research programmes
•Integrate, plan and align marketing activities with regions

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•A degree (or equivalent) in a business related area e.g Business, Marketing or an MBA
•Proven experience in broad automotive marketing roles covering several positions
•Ideally has experience in Marketing, Sales and/or Dealer Development
•Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) at all levels
•Excellent planning and strategy skills
•Very strong business acumen skills
•Thorough understanding of all positions of Marketing
•Thorough understanding of sales, dealer development and service processes
•Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage at various levels
