The Role:
Description of duties and responsibilities:
This position reports to the Regional Marketing Manager and will be based out of our office in Moscow, Russia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the core (Beta Level) Process of Demand Creation within Eastern Europe Region, working closely with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) to achieve the growth plans in the Country/Region, and for product support, implementing price positioning decisions and providing support to the Product Group Managers in Product Positioning and Product Development activities. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Support the development of a Product Strategy for relevant Product Groups by identifying market trends and gaining insight into Product Market Drivers.
• Configure the “Best Mix” of Products for the Country/Region (within assigned Product Groups).
• Understand market prices for the country.
• Review/approve pricing for large bids in cooperation with the Customer Focus Team.
• Analyze competitors’ pricing strategies.
• Ensure a consistent understanding at the affiliate level of manufacturing costs and how transfer pricing affects decision making.
• Train CFT and partners on New and Existing Products
• Maintain a thorough understanding of applicable regulatory requirements in the Country/Region.
• Facilitate networking within MSA to ensure a consistent corporate position on industry product standards.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Special knowledge, skills and abilities required:
• Language skills: English and Russian (high intermediate / advanced
• Must have strong computer skills – MS Office suite.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Education and experience required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Engineering (Master’s preferred.)
• 3 years experience in Product Management and/or sales of Personal Protective Equipment within the Eastern European Region.
• 5 years proven capability to quantitatively analyze, integrate, synthesize and interpret large amounts of data from disparate and sometimes conflicting data sources.
