The Company:
Our Client provides oilfield products, systems and services for customers in the oil and gas industry world-wide. They apply the knowledge and create and use technologies that deliver their customers' solutions.

The Role:
• Lead and coordinate quality reviews
• Conduct and report on product audits
• Conduct root cause analysis through quality notification process where required
• Verification of in process inspections
• Conduct checks in accordance with ITP requirements for competent personnel, test equipment suitability and verification of test results
• Documentation spot checks
• Verification of production documentation completeness and correctness and Certificate of Conformity sign off
• First Article Inspection management
• Operator licence spot checks for validity and operator scope of approval
• Random inspections of build and test equipment for correct calibration status
• Ensuring procedure awareness, availability and compliance
• The timely reporting of issues relating to noncompliance to procedure or process
• The management, reporting and resolution of Product Quality Notifications (PQN’s)
• Promoting a culture of quality and compliance
• To ensure compliance to project specific quality plans
• To work at all times to the Company’s Quality Management System
• To verify all applicable activities identified within the department work packs and purchase orders have been satisfactorily completed

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
HNC or equivalent in Fabrication, Mechanical, Electronic or Electrical Engineering
Trade Qualification in Fabrication, Mechanical, Electronic or Electrical Engineering
Demonstrable relevant experience of working in a QA department, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
A recognised Quality Assurance or Quality Management qualification
Formal training in the ISO 9001 Standard
