The Role:
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Systems service sales to installed base customers
• Focus areas will be Service Agreements, Spares, Training, Lifecycle service projects
• Develop services account plan for installed base customers
• Develop a structured approach in managing accounts by developing long-term customer retention strategies
• Work with service team to develop lifecycle plans for customers to drive sales
• Execute sales and marketing plans and strategies to aggressively pursue and grow service business
• Establish quick response in handling customer enquiries and formulating quotations and proposals to achieve high success rates
• Analyze customer requirements and specifications; provide recommendations relating to the selection of Invensys’ service offerings to meet customer needs
• Focus on customer satisfaction for existing accounts
• Provide accurate sales forecast and develop pipeline

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 3 -5 years industry experience
• Industry process, process control, automation systems experience obtained during employment within same or related industry
