The Company:
Our client is one of the UK's leading power and gas companies - generating electricity, and retailing power and gas. One of the world's largest investor-owned power and gas companies. The Role:
• Maintain Cost and Production forecast on an annual, quarterly and monthly basis for our client's E&P producing assets
• Continuously monitor production for our client's E&P fields
• Monitor cost performance on our clients E&P production assets
• Liaise with finance for monthly financial reporting
• Manage data supporting the MTP process
• Issue monthly and weekly production reports
• Issue monthly cost reports
• Manage production database and support IT is phase II of production database implementation
• Recommend and implement production losses database
• Draft and maintain asset cost and production reporting procedures
• Act as single point of contact for all issues regarding statistical asset performance

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree educated Required
• 5+ years experience in the oil and gas industry in JV finance, production or asset management. Experience in more than one of these areas preferred Required
• Experience of cost estimation and reporting methods Required
• Experience with oil and gas production reporting Required
• Understanding of North Sea production activities as they relate to cost and production Required
• Organisation and Planning - Develops plans that are thorough and effective Required
• Must initiate and maintain communication with asset managers and other stakeholders Required
• Builds strong working relationships with all stakeholders, particulary asset managers, JV accountants & operations teams Required
• Willneed to be able to work with light supervision. Tasks will be deadline critical. Prioritisation & managing of multiple tasks is essential Required
• Broad knowledge of asset management,a project managem
