The Role:
PRODUCTION ENGINEER (Mechanical Reliability)


• To ensure product quality and proper maintenance of plant equipment and to provide subject matter for mechanical maintenance and design
• Coordinate with the plant maintenance and capital groups to ensure all installations maintain compliance with assigned regulatory requirements as well as company engineering specifications and standards
• Maintain maintenance cost history on plant equipment
• Review, update and establish preventive maintenance programs to ensure reliability through periodic or condition-based checks. Examples rotating equipment, pressure safety valves, rupture disks, exchangers, finishing equipment and vessels
• Perform incident investigations, analyse equipment failures and perform critical job observations in order to help reduce injuries and equipment damage


Requirements


• Minimum diploma in Mechanical engineering with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experiences in Chemical/Petrochemical Industry
• Has working knowledge on SAP
