The Role:
Manufacturing Engineering manage a range of responsibilities within both Series (current) and Brand (future) planning for all Products. Our mission is to ensure we remain the best in class and continue to delight our customers on all our products and manufacturing processes. We are now looking to expand our winning team with new engineers and managers across our wide range of deliverables.

The Manufacturing Engineering teams operate throughout the lifecycle of a vehicle project in accordance with our detailed Product Emergence Process. Integral to the delivery of our best in class product and processes, is the necessity for cross functional working across all business departments within the organisation.

We're looking to expand our capabilities and are interested specifically in fulfilling the following Engineer and subsequent Managerial Support roles:

> Pre-Series Engineers responsible for the delivery of our pre-series virtual and dimensional analysis activities associated with new project integration.

> Facility Engineers to develop and deliver production facilities across all production technology areas.

> Production Planning Engineers focussed on the development of manufacturing feasibility and processes for new product introduction, with specialisms across a range of technology areas including, press and body in white, paint, wood and leather, electrical, powertrain and assembly.

> Series Planning Engineers to support the integration of new products and control and development of existing production processes, across all production technology areas.

Across the range of roles to be fulfilled, key required skills include:

> Engineering qualified with relevant experience at OEM, Automotive or similar industry

> Sound practical knowledge of processes and manufacturing feasibility within a relevant production area

> Excellent problem solving skills

> Ability to lead and support cross functional teams

> Detailed knowledge in Lean Production and Continuous Improvement

> High level of analytical and conceptual skills

> Role dependant, experience and qualifications associated with the installation of new facilities
