The Role:
“Only candidates who already have the rights to work in Azerbaijan will be considered for this role

1) Identify talent development opportunities through regular interaction with employees and their functional managers
2) Deploy professional development tracking system including use of competency frameworks, individual development plans, career development workshops and coaching sessions
3) Develop career planning and professional development programs that suit requirements
4) Analyze employees’ professional development progress using effective, timely and sound data collection techniques. Assist functional managers to conduct performance appraisal reviews
5) Facilitate workshops to create career paths and development profiles in line with international practices
6) Conduct individual development interactions (advising, coaching, steering, counseling) as necessary with professional personnel
7) Review all periodic performance reports to ensure the effective implementation of professional development programs and strategies
8) Support implementation of training programs ensuring that all related records, manuals, templates and documentation are properly designed, communicated and maintained
9) Provide necessary support to employees to arrange required training (both formal and on the job), record all received training
10) Perform other related duties as requested by the company management

a)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree in HR, Educational fields, Organization Learning, Psychology
b) Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with minimum 5 years in HR professional development area
c) Proven track record in deployment of professional development systems and programs
d) Very good command of English, both written and spoken
e) Ability to write clearly, logically and comprehensively
f) Strong human relations skills, very proactive approach to problem-solving
g) Ability to give and accept constructive feedback
