The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Multiple Location

Retailer IT Strategy Manager

Determine and clarify strategic direction of Retail strategy including IT enablers. Undertake research and use existing collateral into the industry sector, markets and competitors - Collect, analyse and interpret data and statistics Compile and present information verbally, visually and in writing. Identify and assess the pros and cons of possible strategies and IT enablers. Identify problems and seeking solutions. Review current strategy. Develop Roadmap with key stakeholders and vendors. Outline objectives to achieve Roadmap. Develop recommendations for optimising business and financial performance, and business cases. Develop, advise about and implement agreed solutions. Lead and collaborate will different functions of the business, including IT. Provide Thought Leadership " Location: Whitley, Wellesbourne.

1) Understanding of Retail, and particularly the Automotive sector - Essential
2) IT skills and knowledge of digital technologies and DMS

Commercial awareness. Understanding of Retail, and particularly the Automotive sector - Essential. IT skills and knowledge of digital technologies - Essential. Understanding of DMS systems - Essential. Thought leadership - Essential. Strong group facilitation skills - Essential. Good numerical skills, Analytical abilities, Excellent interpersonal skills - Essential. Understanding of Change management, Communication skills, and in particular the ability to communicate abstract ideas succinctly.
Experience Preferred:
Experience of working cross functionally, providing Thought Leadership, new retail processes and developing IT and digital strategies to support. Experienced strategist.
