The Role:
Job Title : Project administrator & Secretary (Temporary)

Direct Report to : Construction Department Manager

Location : Laem Chabang Port, Chonburi

Responsibilities

- Responsible for inputting weekly working hours of department staff onto the data
base.
- Responsible for collecting and submitting staff’s overtime approval forms to HR
department.
- Responsible for maintaining stationery inventory and summarizing its expenditure.
- Responsible for outgoing /incoming department and personal document between
departments.
- Responsible for reimbursement submission.
- Responsible for coordination in general affairs between department and HR.
- Responsible for resource and meeting room booking
- Responsible for department pool cars control.
- Take responsibility for the project indirect manpower and man-hours.
- Responsible for project TIR (Test Inspection Request) distribution requested by
subcontractors.
- Responsible for documentation concerning the project such as TIR, SI (Site
Instruction), WI (work instruction), TQ (Technical query) and etc. including
reference number registration and filing.
- Attend the meeting and take minutes related to the project and/or department
meeting.
- Maintain updated Department work procedure, work instruction, job description,
organisation chart and other information of department.
- Assist other jobs if requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business administrative or related field.
• Age between 25-35 years
• Minimum 1-3 experienced in administration works
• Good command in English and computer skill.
