The Company:
A Major Oil and Gas Contractor working on multiple project in Western Australia, including offshore. The client is currently looking for a Project Administration Officer to join their Perth CBD office.

The Role:
• Produce Invoicing in a timely and accurate manner and track through to payment, ensuring all records are stored and filed correctly
• Liaise with procurement and finance departments to ensure all third Party materials are invoiced through the system
• Ensure Master data is accurate and maintained across registers
• Register and track CTRs generated in client SAP system
• Key in-house contact for Project Timenet Systems, administration and trouble shooting
• Administer and Maintain the Time Writing and reporting process
• Administer the Project Timenet systems to deliver relevant information in an accurate and timely manner to stakeholders
• Maintain master data such as member info, rates etc. To ensure data integrity
• Oversee manual data capturing of timesheets are done promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate and/or Preparation of labour & 3rd party invoices for submission to Clients,
• Operate within parameters of Client purchase order and payment systems

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Min 3 years demonstrated Project Administration and accounting experience in an Oil & Gas or Mining environment

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Sound understanding of Time administration systems, processes and procedures
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel
• Previous exposure and experience of databases and spreadsheet formulation as well as an understanding of database structures
• Worked with SAP and E-payables
