The Company:
A major oil and gas operator is looking for a Project Administrative Assistant to work on a world scale project

The Role:
Primary job responsibilities will be to help ensure all contract files are properly filed both in paper and electronic format in accordance with existing project standards. This will require using an electronic system, so an ability to learn new software is essential for success. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to ensuring accurate record keeping and proper tracking of the activities. This position also requires regular working out of two different Houston based sites. One in downtown Houston, and one on the west side of Houston. Besides the primary duties, as time permits the successful candidate may be asked to conduct any of the following activities:•Prepare project documentation utilizing the appropriate Microsoft Office applications.•Develop, maintain data, and perform routine analyses in the processing of data for recurring internal reports. •Prepare or assist with the preparation of scheduled and/or ad hoc statistical and narrative reports; perform basic information gathering and analysis and/or forecasting, as specifically directed for special reports.•Establishes, maintains, and updates files, databases, records, and/or other documents not listed above •Provide administrative/secretarial support for the project such as answering telephones, assisting visitors, and resolving and/or referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries.•Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and/or other similar activities for supervisors, which may include coordinating travel and lodging arrangements.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
High School Degree or Equivalent
3+ years experience
