The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
The candidate will need to work closely with Vehicle Operations, Special Moves, Paragon, Event Agencies and internal stakeholders. 1. Fleet 2. Environment Agency a. Maintain and administer the booking programme for the Environment Agency Training contract (assuming this is taken over from LRE Global) i. Booking tracking ii. Ensure correct invoicing and prompt payment iii. Act as the single source of contact for the stakeholders 1. Environment Agency regional teams 2. Participating LRE Centre b. Ensure and run a regular review process with all stakeholders. 3. SAP PO raising and Invoicing a. Manage the monthly cycle of LRE invoicing within SAP b. Ensure all shopping carts are raised correctly and invoices are paid promptly. c. Be the centre of knowledge for SAP within the Experiential Team


Skills Preferred:
Ensure product knowledge is up to date Knowledge of key vehicle management systems e.g. VISTA, FMS preferable but not essential
Experience Required:
Ideal candidate will have experience of working in a operational environment, some logistics and vehicle management experience.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Must be organised and have a structured approach to work and excellent attention to quality and detail.
* Able to multi task and prioritise own workload. Be highly computer literate and confident with using excel
* To demonstrate strong organisational skills and time management Have the ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality
* To handle administration and departmental reports with attention to detail and in a timely manner
* Project management skills Excellent communicator that can balance the need to put the customer (internal/external) first but also have the capability to say no in an appropriate manner Energetic, self motivated and driven for results Requirement for off-site attendance at high volume events to support vehicle placement. To maintain close liaison with the relevant client contacts and agency personnel Assist across the wider department when required
