The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

The Role:
Works with the Project Manager, Lead Engineers and other project team members to proactively identify and
quantify changes to the scope of supply, impact to cost and schedule. Duties include but are not restricted to:

- Preparing variation documents and claims including detailed justifications for submission to clients
- Attending meetings with clients to support the Project Manager in securing contract variations
- Maintaining master pricing schedules
- Maintaining variations/claims register
- Communicates agreed changes to project team members and validates implementation
- Prices variations in accordance with agreed rates
- Provides ad-hoc support to the Project Manager as required
- Assists in maintaining the project accounts
- Project order entry and project invoicing
- Production and analysis of required project reports - highlighting and investigating areas of concern

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Proven track record in a similar position
- Accurate and timely
- Capable of working successfully in a team of technical experts
- Able to communicate at all levels within the team both verbally and in writing.
- Advanced IT office skills such as MS Excel and Word are essential

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- HNC or equivalent in an engineering or financial discipline would be an advantage
- SAP business system experience would be an advantage
