The Company:

The Role:
• Preparation of documentation, letters, memos, presentations and spreadsheets
• Answering and dealing with telephone calls for the team
• Arrangement of UK and worldwide travel, car hire and accommodation as and when required and completion of associated paperwork. Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence and post on a daily basis
• Dealing with queries and requests during the absence of the implementation team
• Organisation of internal and external meetings and project workshops and coordination of meeting rooms for the project floor
• Diary management for project leader/team
• Arrangement of lunches and refreshments for meetings and workshops, transportation for delegates and preparation of all paperwork and work packs associated with these meetings and workshops
• Maintenance of filing system for the team and control of all project documentation
• General office duties including photocopying, shredding and disposal of confidential waste as and when required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Educated to Standard Grade/GCSE level
Work experience in an administrative role is essential
A knowledge of Office 2007, Sharepoint and Visio

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Secretarial/business administration course or training is desirable
Knowledge of Sharepoint is desirable
