The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

The Role:
To work with Project Manager and Lead Engineers in administration of projects
Plan, organise and participate in project meetings - including the production and distribution of minutes
Provide ad-hoc support to the Project Manager and Lead Engineers in all aspects of the project
Database input and generation of reports
Project order entry
Production and analysis of required project reports - highlighting and investigating areas of concern
Work closely with the Project Managers to set up projects and apply consistency through the project lifecycle
May be involved with auditing activities when required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Accurate and timely with attention to detail
Capable of working successfully in a team of technical experts
Able to communicate at all levels within the team both verbally and in writing.
Advanced IT office skills such as MS Office (Word and Excel essential)

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Working within a technical company would be an advantage but is not essential
