The Role:
The role is to provide the Project Manager with full administrative support and resource in order to demonstrate full control to deliver the project safety. To be aware of the environmental and Quality Assurance documentation necessary to satisfy both internal and external audits when purchasing equipment for the project.

• Provide administration support to the RETP Project Manager and other key personnel on the team;
• Verification of invoices and contractor time sheets
• Maintain working schedules and databases including cost analysis of results.
• Ensure that manufacturers and suppliers are able to integrate with company quality requirements.
• Arrange meetings, as and when necessary, for key personnel on the team;
• Ensure the prompt production and circulation of Minutes etc.
• Maintain the Project Managers Diary for Staff and contractors.
• Research, source & procurement of RETP plant, equipment, tools, PPE and other consumables for the Plant.
• Supply and monitor PPE and maintain the checklist.
• Maintain a register of survey equipment (COSHH)
• Manage, Control and input all SAP Orders including receipting.
• Co-ordinate RETP staff training.
• Manage and Control Photography Authorisations.
• Deal with day to day queries from supplies and chase up orders.
• Manage and Update RETP project estimates and monitor project spend.
• Co-ordinate RETP maintenance, ensuring security and safe to work in.
• Assist QA manager and team.
• Ensure required certification is provided with all purchases.
• Manage critical spares.
• Ad hoc duties.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience of working on construction projects
• Experience and training in BS EN ISO 9001:2000
• Experience of procurement
• Experience of diary management
• Excellent inter-personal skills to be able to work closely with other members of a diverse team
• Experience knowledge of Microsoft applications; word, excel, access and powerpoint
• Experience of working with high level document control
• Good housekeeping skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work unsupervised
• Experience of working to BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
