Our client is a global, pioneering operator with continued growth in Australia developing large gas resources and maintaining a substantial exploration portfolio. Our client has over 90,000 personnel worldwide across 70 countries making them one of the largest oil and gas operators in the world. Our client is also involved in ground-breaking projects the likes of which the world has never seen before thus confirming their reputation as an innovator in oil and gas technology.

The Role:
A position has become available for a Project Administrator to join a leading Oil and Gas Operator for a 12 month contract.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Coordinating and administering site-level cost planning, financial controls and reporting
• Supervising local administration of the company systems including reporting, action-planning and management information
• Work with the Site Manager to prepare budgets and cost forecasts (in SAP or local equivalent), and provide regular cost reports for the site team
• Manage routine financial transactions within delegated authority including raising purchase orders and requisitions, administering sub-tenant costs and coordinating the timely payment of invoices
• Fountain and coordinate information for site/Territory dashboards
• Provide advice and support on travel and expenses administration, IT hardware and IT accounts

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience of working with SAP or similar in Procurement
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Performs a variety of tasks
• Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
