The Role:
Full Title: Upstream Information Technology & Service (IT&S) Project Administrator / Support

About the Business Unit:
Exploration & Production Information Technology and Services (Upstream IT&S) is a distinctive division whose purpose is to provide digital capabilities, through people, technologies and processes, to deliver current organizational needs and transformational opportunities to meet business objectives. This globally diverse team works together to plan and implement digital solutions for all of Upstream.

Programme support
The Project Administrator will support project administrative activities on the our Client's Project.
Duties may include various administrative activities: managing travel, arranging on and offsite meetings; email communications, preparing presentations; Sharepoint site – document management, taking minutes, arranging meetings, tracking actions in a very dynamic, complex and changing environment.

Resourcing Support
The Project Administrator will have accountability for some of the administrative tasks around onboarding and offboarding Project Managers / Business Analysts / PMO’s joining the team, from arranging site inductions, liaising with IT Support team to ensure all the items are ready in timely manner. The role will also include responsibility for administrative support for some of the recruitment activities such as advertising roles, setting up interviews, updating resourcing metrics to passing feedback on to candidates. The Project Administrator will support with preparation and presentation of data for the reporting purposes

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience of collaboration tools - My Assistant, LiveMeeting; SharePoint
• Previous experience working in an IT project environment
• Previous experience working as a Project Analyst
• Excellent communication skills - a people person.
• Very good organisational skills, articulate and confident communicator
• Actively seeks out opportunities to improve processes and add more value.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Operator experience
• Sound experience in a hands on, fast paced IT recruitment (resourcing) role in a blue chip international organisation, where juggling conflicting demands is required
• Experience of recruiting contractors or other third party staff
• Experience of onboarding staff/contractors new to an organisation in an IT Projects environment
• Confidence and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
