The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Project Analyst for Castle Bromwich non-prod investment projects within the Manufacturing Business Office. Responsible for consolidating monthly financial forecast including physicals and variance explanations. Has to develop close working relationships with the appropriate engineers, chase invoices and ensure engineers adhere to timings etc. Will also support the CB MBO team with day-to-day tasks relating to existing and new CB non-prod projects.

Additional Information:
The role will be split between the MBO offices in Castle Bromwich, Halewood and Solihull. Valid driving license and car are essential.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
1. Project management skills -- agreement of delivery targets and timing plans, engagement of stakeholders.
2. Financial skills -- ability to analyse and manipulate complex data tables. Must be PC literate and competent with Microsoft Office Packages (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
3. Ability to collate and control project statuses, respond to tight deadlines and deliver accurate financial and physical information.

Degree preferred but not essential. Candidate expected to have gained substantial experience in the above mentioned skills. Must be a confident and self-motivated individual and a self-starter. Both project management and financial skills are essential for the role.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Candidate expected to have gained experience in cross-functional team co-ordination; leading and facilitating regular meetings with stakeholders; creation and distribution of effective meeting notes and action plans.
