The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Position Description:
•Project support.
•Key administrator for the manual purchase order approval system .
•Will need to check that data and detail is correct and co-ordinate effectively both internally and externally to ensure spend requests and purchase orders are processed on time.
•Supporting the team with project reporting and governance - risk, issue and assumptions logs and weekly dashboard reporting .
•Some general administration - travel, expenses , meeting co-ordination and minutes ."
•Strong administration and organisation skills-good knowledge of excel , word and PP.
•Experience working in project support or admin role . Experience of working in a project environment would be an advantage.
•Great communication skills, comfortable working in face pace environment , learning quickly. Great attention to detail. "
