The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Key responsibilities of this position include:

To ensure and supervise, by permanent contacts, appropriate and accurate communication between all departments within the FPSO package
To provide and coordinate assistance to all FPSO Managers as directed.
To manage sensitive and/or confidential documentation
PA for FPSO Manager, including amongst others maintenance of meetings schedule and expenses claims
Prepare, maintain and monitor documentation including Personnel Authorisation Forms, confidential reports, recruitment data management spreadsheets and any other documentation as directed utilising appropriate, pre-approved templates
Liaise with Managers, Service Coordinator, Document Controllers and administrators locally and across international offices to manage flows of documents and tasks
Liaise with functional division to obtain adequate support in relation to IPIMS
Check the progress of documents production by Contractor(s) in accordance with the schedule
Liase with Perth office, Project Controls and Interface departments in order to maintain FPSO Organisational Chart, coordinate PAF register and distribution, and to provide local HR support
Manage sensitive and/or confidential documentation, to review and approve line managers' Corporate Credit Card transactions and personnel expense claims.
Review site based business expenses, allowances, manhours and costs.
Proactively adhere to and promote the Client/Company workplace values and behaviours exercising tolerance and respect for diversity.

The following Qualifications and Experience are a requirement of this position:

Graduate, with appropriate management skills and fluent English.
Exposure to Project Control activities.
Ability to anticipate and implement changes.
Experience in EPC Oil and Gas.
Communication skills for handling sensitive relations and different cultures
Discretion for handling sensitive and/or confidential information and/or documentation
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Knowledge of Company's internal and external communication procedures, systems and document formats
