The Role:
• Coordination of Project Governance & Assurance reviews and robust closure of outstanding actions raised therein
• Responsible for management of the following project process: Interface Management, Report Management, Action Tracking, Management of Change & Risk Reporting.
• Management, coordination and further development of the software tools used to deliver the above, as well as providing support & training in it.
• Responsible for communications with other Projects, as well as the Central function ensuring there is consistency and & standardised work processes in the project.
• Coordinate the formal project Deviation process
• Performance management of project readiness KPI’s
• Development of Assurance Plans
• Management of the projects’ Risk Management process in alignment with standards
• Act as point of contact with central functions regarding the implementation of new practices or standards
• Accuracy of the Project Execution Plan post initial issue
• Ownership and collation of Lessons Learned register
• Ensure the Project Team Document control process is adhered to during the life cycle of the project
• Ensure compliance in the way the project uses contractors who are working under one of Global Agreements.
• Manage the delivery of other general project assurance activity as requried by the Project Services Team Leader

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Familiar with requirements of Oil & Gas sector major project delivery processes, especially project services and governance requirements.
• Experienced working with engineering and construction contractors on projects in the Oil & Gas sector.
