The Company:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
To assist the Assurance activities for Phase Project from Project Select through to Execution on behalf of the Onshore & Offshore Delivery Teams to ensure quality is delivered.
To ensure that engineering, design and procurement assurance quality aspects are maintained through out design, procurement & construction phases.

•A key aspect of this position is to perform evaluations of vendor responses to Purchase Order Quality & HSSE requirements stated in inquiries and tenders (RFI & RFP) with input & follow up.
•Carry out audits of Contractor & Suppliers/Sub-Suppliers as requested by Functional Quality Lead Engineer & Project/AVL Audit Schedule. Track status & closeout of Findings & Corrective Actions/Observations. Maintain the iHub (electronic document management system) Audit & Corrective Action list. Ensure actions are satisfactorily implemented with respective KPI’ feedback.
•Assist in Ensuring Contractors Quality is in compliance with requirements & objectives and Client Contracts & Global Agreements.
•Review/comment/discuss/attend selected Contractor audits to assist verification of project processes are in compliance.
•To assist in providing Assurance that all Client Major Project Common Process requirements are identified, planned and implemented within the procedures & processes implemented for the projects.
•Assistance in Maintaining Client Project Level 1 & 2 Quality Plans & Client Project quality documents.
•Prepare audit reports & issue to the project management as necessary within the agreed timescale.
•Attend monthly Assurance meetings with other project and contractor personnel.
•Provide input into monthly Assurance reports & KPI’s.
•Assistance in Maintaining overall audit schedule for Project & Supplier audits.
•Ensure that comprehensive procedures are in place & maintained.
•Review Supplier quality plans & quality documents.
•Identify & raise any project quality concerns/observations with Lead Assurance Engineer.
