The Company:
Is a educational institute, working regionally across PNG in partnership with businesses delivering technical education programs.

The Role:
The Project Clerk is responsible for providing financial and administrative support to the Project Manager and Training Coordinator. This role will assist with branding and marketing services to key industry partners.

• Provide a high level of customer service both internally and externally
• Assist with all aspects of financial management and administration for successful outcome of the project
• Prepare monthly reports for the project
• Ensure efficient data entry practices and procedures are in place, particularly across the accounts payable cycle
• Raise purchase orders and process invoices as requested
• Support other administrative activities as required

This is an exciting role in a growing organisation, the successful applicant will be adding value into the development of the future work force of PNG.

You must be a national of PNG to apply for this role

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Demonstrated relevant administration experience
• Demonstrated experience in accounts payable highly desirable
• Sound written & verbal communication skills in both English & local language
• Experience working within an educational organisation highly desirable
• Possession of a motor vehicle driver's licence is preferable
