The Company:
Our Client is a world leading industrial technology company providing unique and specialised detection, diagnostic and measurement solutions. Based in Teesside, they employ around 300 employees globally.

The Role:
We are looking for a co-ordinator to support our latest project. The project will be delivered to SIL standard IEC 61508.

Previous experience working on a SIL Project, recognising the key factors needed to drive the project would be extremely advantageous.

Essential Requirements

Document Control, previous knowledge of maintaining an electronic and paper system.
Excellent IT skills
Manage the whole document control process, co-ordinating with other departments.
Ability to work on own initiative to solve problems as they arise.
Good telephone manner will be essential to liase with external approval bodies and consultants
A passion for attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills, to ensure deadlines are met.
Understanding of working within strict quality systems.

This is a contract position expected to last 9 months.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of electronics
Experience in project management
Experience in the manufacturing industry
Basic Autocad skills
Experience of writing procedures based on IEC/BS EN Standards
