The Role:
•To assist Project Manager and Project Team in Administration and Secretarial tasks
•Arranging travel and accommodation
•Arranging meetings
•Minuting meetings
•Weekly and monthly report collation, correction and distribution
•Document editing and completion
•Set-up and maintenance of project SharePoint site(s) and contents
•Control of project correspondence
•Organisation of project team-building and events
•Assist with set-up and induction of new personnel to the team
•Assist team to update company required systems and data such as mandatory training, CV's etc.
•Other administration and secretarial tasks as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
General Education:
It is essential that candidaters are educated to Higher level or above. Good grades at O or H level in English, Maths, Office Practice is desirable.
Specified Qualifications for position:
Candidates with ECDL Advanced or HND in related subject would be desirable.
Continuing Professional Development:
It is essential that candidates are willing to train and an interest in personal improvement and development is desirable

Technical (including IT):
Proven experience within the workplace of using MS Office and Outlook systems to a competent level is essential, knowledge of SharePoint would be desirable.
Able to demonstrate communication and team working skills is essential.
Self Management:
It is essential that candidates show the traits of being: Self motivated, Use initiative, Reliable, Organised and able to prioritise and control own workload, including when to ask for additional support. It is desired that candidates are able to minute mee
