Responsibilities & Tasks
To provide effective support and co-ordination of project activities & interfaces supporting the Account Management Team or Project Team, with the aim of maximising project efficiency & interface.

Provide a consistent and controlled method for administration tasks within the account or project team as required.
Become an integral part of the Project Team environment and Customer drive value set.
Administer the PEM process, and follow up gate reviews by ensuring that internal disciplines take ownership of the appropriate checklists and outstanding actions. Participate in gate reviews as required.
Identify problematic interface issues between Project and supporting Departments which could affect project deliverables and instigate / recommend recovery actions.
Identify and drive project team focus towards critical activities
Create regular reports for PM/EPC/client.
Monitor all components and assembled deliverables for the Project and verify that all items are delivered as per agreement.
Organise / participate in internal project team meetings and supporting Departments, and monitor all internal material flow and coordination aspects.
Liaise with all relevant departments to establish all project and manufacturing requirements are being met.
Fully understand and implement the clients` individual contractual requirements by ensuring that these are adhered to for the duration of the project
Co-ordinate shipping and logistics as and when required, taking full ownership of final delivery to client, verifying that all procedural and documentation requirements have been satisfied.
Prepare for and be involved in AS audit processes.
Actively participate in, and conform to, the clients Quality and Values cultures.
Continually review Project and Company processes & interfaces with a view to making them more efficient, and demonstrate continuous improvement in their implementation.
Ensure attention to detail and high quality output in both their own and others work.
Undertake any other role or responsibility assigned by the Project Manager, which may lie within their own competence level.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
HNC or NVQ/SVQ level 3.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Working knowledge in SAP.
Understanding of SAP / MRP systems and basic understanding of planning principles
Conversant with engineering systems, practices and processes.
Conversant with procurement and manufacturing systems, practices and processes.
