The Company:
Our client is a leader in High-Efficiency “Green” power solutions, including Renewable Energy. With its focus on Renewable Energy and “Green” power solutions, our client has recently established itself as the world’s second largest provider of solar inverters.

The Role:
 Answer first level customer support questions
 Understand the whole RMA process and use it accordingly
 Resolves customer problems related to Repair, logistics and RMA issues.
 Utilize SalesForce.com for data input and reporting
 Utilize Oracle database for claim, repair and logistic processes.
 Help define and identify support tools and resources
 Duties to include working closely with EMEA Project Manager for on-going assignment.
 Collating large amounts of data and subsequent generation of reports.

Must have -

 Exceptional, organization, and customer-service skills
 Ability to answer first level customer support questions by phone
 Competence in Excel and Word programs.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Logistics experience
Self-motivated, well organized
Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
Ability to track multiple open projects
Work well independently and as part of a team
Able to work well under pressure
Some project management experience highly desirable.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Familiarity with SalesForce.com applications
Statistical Analysis or Database management experience
