The Company:
Our client is a global leading oil and gas operating company.

The Role:
This role functions within a 1 day to 2 year time horizon, supporting the development and implementation of the SAP Project Completion System on Capital Projects Organization (CPO) projects.

1. Direct Accountability – fully accountable for the output
HSE
•Perform jobsite walk-downs during jobsite visits.
•Participate in Contractor toolbox and weekly safety meetings when on site.
•Review Contractor Task Hazard Analysis (THA)/Job Safety Analysis (JSA)/Job Hazard Analysis during jobsite visits.
•Perform safe performance recognitions during jobsite visits.
•Input pro-active measures information into the Company PMT Participation database.
•Perform Behavior Based Safety observations.

Training
•Ensure all compliance training is complete and up to date.
•Become a trained observer and support the Company Behavior Based Safety (BBS) processes (WINGS, BEAR, and/or HAWKS).

Data Retention and Management
•Ensure all files, information, e-mail, etc. are in compliance with Company Policy regarding records retention.

Project Completion, Pre-Commissioning, & Start-up Support
•Coordinate the development of the master system / subsystem list (with Project Team, Start-up Team, Operations, etc.)
•Compile project data for input into SAP PCS.
•Provide reporting to Project Management Team (i.e., mechanical completion status, turnover status, physical progress status, etc.)
•Provide Project Completion System (PCS) to stakeholders (i.e., Contractors, Project Teams, Operations, etc.)
•Provide Project Turnover Procedures training to stakeholders (i.e., Contractors, Project Teams, Operations, etc.)
•Coordinate turnover from Contractor to Company.

Closeout/Lessons Learned
•Capture Lessons Learned during project execution.

General Duties
•Complete other duties as assigned by the Construction Superintendent.

2. Indirect Accountability – affects the decisions of others
HSE
•Participate in job-site walkdowns, as required.
•Participate in safety assessments, as required.
•Participate or audit in daily Task Hazard Assessment (THA)/Safety Environmental Task Assessment (SETA) development with work crews to ensure completeness, applicability, and compliance.

Training
•Support the Company Behavior Based Safety (BBS) processes by training as a BBS Observer (WINGS, BEAR, and/or HAWKS).

Project Completion, Pre-Commissioning, & Start-up Support
•Support the administration and coordination of fabrication/construction, Functional Checkout (FCO), Commissioning/Start-up and Operation’s acceptance process.
•Assist in the development / update of SAP Project Completion System (PCS) procedures, guidelines, and templates.
•Assist in the assessment of PCS systems and processes for applicability, capability and improvement.

Closeout/Lessons Learned
•Participate in Project Lessons Learned review session(s), as requested.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Work Schedule:
9/80, anchorage based, no per diem, no relocation, must be able to travel to slope occasionally

Experience Required:
5-10 years field construction experience – heavy industrial (Preferred E&I background); must be able to read / interpret all discipline drawings (E&I, Piping, Mech, Structural, etc)
5+ years Project Completions/Commissioning/Handover experience

Required Computer Skills:
Proficient with Excel

Other Requirements:
Good written and verbal communications skills,
Self starter, self motivated
