The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Project Contracts Administrator with experience within major building / construction projects to assist with a large construction project based in Ravenhall, Victoria.

The role will be responsible for providing support on contractual disputes, including making recommendations on rights, remedies and mediation


Main responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Receives all approved contract documents from the client, registers and files
Create and maintains project contract registers/spread sheets
Sends correspondence for client approval documents
Arranges all original contract documents, variations, orders, confirmed contracts, release forms for the clients records
Archiving and retrieval of contract documents for the contracts/procurement department
Attends weekly progress meetings
Assists Contact Manager in preparation of monthly reports
Assists Engineers in tender preparation
Reviews all Contractor/Subcontractor payments
Ensures all contract files are up to date
Essential Skills:

Extensive experience in contracts administration,
Strong background in building / construction projects
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
Basic knowledge of contract law.
