The Role:
Type of business: Oil & Gas (Downstream)

Job Type: Contract (Renewable)
Primary Purpose of the job
• Manage development and implementation of project control components of an interactional downstream project (Refinery and petrochemical and various stages, from FEED, EPC to commissioning and startup. The position embraces the whole projects lifecycle from development (FEED) and through to execution (EPC) and handover to operations
Principal Accountabilities
• Definition and execution of control components of project subject to budget, schedule and quality through the various phases of basics design, detailed design, construction, commissioning and start-up.
• Develop and manage project controls strategy for various contracts for the execution of the subsequent phases of a large integrated project.
• Fulfill the role of planning coordination between the various stages of the project to assure quality of planning information and techniques supplied by the Major Contractors employed in the execution of the work.
• Review bid proposals from FEED, EPC companies and provide discipline input to bid evaluations.
• Participate in Risk Assessment, facility projects and Technical discussions and interacting effectively with other disciplines both inside and outside the organization.
• Protect Company’s interests when interacting with joint venture partners and contractors.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications
• Thai
• B Sc. Degree in Engineering from a reputable international institution
• Minimum of 15 years experience in Refinery and/or Petrochemical Industries for project engineering and design, development, construction followed by commissioning and operations. Candidate must have proven ability of working closely with and/ or directing contractors in FEED/PMC/EPC environment of large size.
• Experience of working in multinational-multicultural environments.
