The Company:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
• To supervise and control all necessary project services activities.
• To assist the Project Director in non-technical liaisons with the Company Affiliates and partners, handling various general affairs in an assistance and advisory capacity.
• To ensure that service activities are performed in compliance with company rules and guidelines and procedures, using best work practices.

• Contracting Activities: To implement the contracting strategy for the project in compliance with Company obligations and procedures (call for tender, commercial bid analysis, contract preparation, contract management and administration until close-out).
• Scheduling: To elaborate the Project Master Schedule (PMS) and consolidate the overall progress through identification/follow-up of the critical path and analysis of main deviations incurred during the execution of the project; to review identified deviations and propose accurate measures or adapted corrections.
• Working Procedures: To define working procedures, with reference to the Project Execution Plan (PEP), to cover the coordination and control of project services duties.
• Cost Control: To supervise constantly, in close coordination with the Finance/Budget Leader, cost control activities, follow-up of budgetary stages and internal/external Project Annual Costs (initial, revised, closure); to implement and optimise constructive implication from concerned packages, alerting relevant managers if necessary.
• Documentation & Reporting: To elaborate the specifications to be used by all contractors in order
to transfer the final technical project documentation to Operations at project close-out; to implement, in collaboration with DCC Leader; to prepare and issue monthly project reports, half-year reports and quarterly reports, ensuring appropriate content and quality of information.

Service is to be held in Paris, with missions at Contractor’s sites and Company Affiliates (Africa)
The Project reports to Company headquarters. It federates different small Projects, with different degree of maturation.
The Project Management Team will be minimum.
The Project is being carried out in a confidential environment.

Planning is a key element of the Project.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Education/training: Graduate, with appropriate management multi-skills. Fluency in English.
• Experience: 20 years in company support services / business administration, with recognised knowledge of finance/budget and contract supervision.
• Strong experience in Contracting.
